John Feiner has a long history of providing excellent criminal defense for clients across the state of California. In his nearly 30 years as an attorney, he has defended clients from embezzlement, fraud and money laundering charges, as well as child molestation, child pornography, rape, statutory rape, sexual battery, murder and kidnapping. In addition, he's also defended charges of terrorist threats, counterfeiting, drug trafficking, arson and more.
Mr. Feiner has successfully defended clients throughout California and the United States in both state and federal prosecutions. He has won many acquittals, and had many charges dropped altogether. In most cases, his clients never go to trial at all.
Mr. Feiner is also a former prosecutor who understands the prosecution's strategies -- and how to attack them.
Mr. Feiner graduated from UCLA Law School in 1979 and was admitted to the California Bar in 1979. From 1985 to 1989, he served as Assistant United States Attorney in Los Angeles. As a federal prosecutor, he tried and prosecuted a variety of federal crimes, including robbery, narcotics, and fraud cases. He was a member of the Major Narcotics Unit from 1986 to 1989, and he's a member of the California and Colorado State Bars.
